An amazing book
This is a great book, it explained why my business failed, I realized that I had a job on my own, but wasnt running a business.
Technician, manager and entrepreneur... you really need to read what they are and where you are.

Doest really glow
You need to put a flash light next to it to make it glow. Its a good quality collar, but, material barelly glow. Cant see it glow under normal conditions, you need to expose it to a very close light source to make it visible.
Good quality
Good value if under $6
Good item if you dont mind about glowing.
