However, the resolution procedure on ebay is super-easy and the refund was initiated instantly the problem was reported. So, no issues with the buyer or with ebay; it's DHL that has let everyone down.

Ok for the money
You get what you pay for takes much longer to cut but does the job pay a fiver more and get a decent one.

Bison wire former
Noce and sturdy ... but thats as good as it gets it has no vertical slot for the tag end to wind around the main wire so it is utterly useless I had to drill a hole to insert a peg for this a pain but it now works fine for the price if you dont mind a bit of tinkering it is strongly made.
