Nice tank, ticks all the boxes except it does not fit!!!!!

I received the tank and tried to fit it more than a month after receiving it. This obviously has made me forfeit any return. The tank does not fit the 2013 CRF250L and is out by about 8mm on the mounting points. I have had several people have a look at the mounting and all agree with me. Very disappointed. Would have thought Acerbis made a decent product
