This CD is good but not near as good as Andrew Weil's "Breathing" cd. He spoke so slowly & softly on here that I would constantly be falling asleep!

Ryan's Daughter
If you love romance, you'll love Ryan's Daughter. I actually saw it about 20 years ago when I was much younger. The scenery is breathtaking, the music beautiful. Plus if you love Mitchum like I do, you will love this film. It is lengthy, but a great, therapeudic way to spend a Saturday night. Overall it is stunning and a masterpiece.

I actually bought the "tape" sooooo many years ago!!! I loved it then & needed it in CD format so yes, I love this beautiful guided meditation!
