  Was told this was shipped 3 different tiems, yet it wasn't. Felt like I was given run around. Asked for refund and got it. Waste of my time. Would never deal with again.

  Once I received my tracking number, I waited about a week for an update and nothing happened. I messaged the seller about this and I was told basically I’d eventually get the hat in the mail but if not I could just ask for a refund. Long story short, I never got the hat and seller was just a big waste of my time.

  I was professional the whole time and was communicative to the buyer the whole way through. Told them it was getting deep cleaned as a token and they wanted a refund. Refund was given right away. Buyer made a fuss in the messages, even though we were professional. Worst buyer ever.
