Perfect replacement motor for 2010 Escape Rear Liftgate Release
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Found a recommendation on a forum to replace this motor rather than the whole latch. Based on price this was a great option so I thought I would give it a try. The only struggle is getting the brass gear off of the old motor but once that was done this was a very simple repair. Put it all back together and it works like a charm.

Original part from a good source.
Genuine GM part that is required to be replaced whenever it is removed due to "torque to yield" clamp load criteria. Part was in original GM packaging.
