  Horrible experience. First it took forever, then seller proceeds to message me, saying heat packs only lasted three days, and that the post office wouldn’t deliver in time. At that point I requested a refund, their exact words, “post office fault, not mine” . And today I receive the package and there wasn’t even a pleco in my bag. I’m very disappointed and will never order from this seller again.
