Good Product for the Price
This treadmill is simple but effective. It's a basic, flat walking surface. Great for exercising indoors, especially in small spaces. I would say it's more appropriate for walking than for running, but it is capable of enough speed to increase your heart rate. The best part is the way it folds down and can be stored flat. It's nothing fancy, but for the price I'd say it's a good product.

Great Frames
These are excellent quality frames; sturdy and well made. Each was individually wrapped to protect from scratching or breakage during shipping. Great value as priced.
