Board was replaced and so far after a month is working with no issue.

Waste of money
This bracket is not practical at all since the whole bracket is held by couple screw which is going to be secured into a plastic underneath of the bumper. too heavy and viberates too much. Be prepare to loose your license plate on the road.
To my opinion this work for drivers who like to disengage the plate while driving and snap it on during parking to avoid citation!!
