Lives up to reputation

In my book, CorningWare is tops in cookware. This item lives up to that. I have been using these sauce pans for years. I really love the graduations on the inside, which saves me from having to use a separate measuring cup for many recipes. The interchangeable removable handle makes it fantastic for use in either conventional or microwave ovens, as well as for cleaning in the dishwasher.

Save on batteries

I had one of these, liked it, so I bought another. I like the large diameter and that it uses only a single AAA cell (vs up to 4 of other similar magnifiers). The light from this model is a bit dimmer than the other type (the reason for loss of one star rating), but it seems to be sufficient for my use.
