  Received yesterday damaged due to Royal Mail's careless handling but seller was absolutely brilliant and gave me a refund will definitely buy from this seller again he responded within 5 minutes when I told him what had happened and gave me a refund

  very polite and helpful seller, answered all my questions about the item, but unfortunately item had parts missing when arrives and also didn't have the shower hose attachment as per queried prior to purchase. thankfully seller apologised and agreed to issue full refund. greatful they took responsibility. good communication with seller. would still be happy to purchase from them.

  Exceptional Service all around. from start to finish this seller was quick to reply to my messages always being polite and very friendly. the icing on the cake was also that Paul & his wife actually delivered the piece themselves right to my front door eliminating the chances of any breakages with Royal mail who are notorious for that. superb overall service 10/10 a very friendly and thorough shopping experience.
