Great examples of cooking techniques to try. Love the French way of cooking.

Right now I am looking through the books and have not tried the receipts as of yet. The books are step-by-step instruction on everything, and I need that. Detailed pictures so that you can see what the dish will look like. A lot of time, thought and experience has gone in to these books and you can tell by looking. Paula
