Upgrade from MS Home and Business 2003 to 2010
Hate to admit that the later software is better, but it is. Of course, it takes a while to get fully up to speed and one has to re-create a number of shortcuts (although autocorrect and autotext entries get carried over). Word carries on as the email text editor which is essential in my view. My main reason for upgrading was that my old version wouldn't work with a hosted MS Exchange ac, whereas 2010 does.
