It works
Tried several such devices and only this one was satisfactory. I use it for over a year now and feel a lot better.
The main strong point compared with others is the stable inner acrylic frame that really keeps the teeth in place without a tendency for the mouth to open. With other devices I had to use a (very uncomfortable) chin strap to keep everything in place.

Perfectly good cheap connectors
They do their job without breaking your wallet.
No idea about long-term reliability.

Better than some
This is better than the many single-strap products available. Pushes the chin up, not backwards.
As it is made of thin neoprene the force is small and the mouth may still open.
It strongly smelled of some solvent and it had to be put outside under the Sun for a week before I was allowed to wear it in the bedroom. It was not expensive...
