Great Fire Truck Model kit for beginner or expert
The first question, “is it durable” really doesn’t apply. This is a plastic scale model kit which is meant for display rather than for play. Since it is a “Snap Tite” kit, it can be assembled without glue. The parts are molded in color and so the kit doesn’t require paint. It’s a good kit, as designed, for a young novice modeler. All of that said, there is plenty of detail in the kit and plenty of opportunity to add details (and a few modifications) which make it a fine display piece for someone with an interest in fire equipment.
