Good part - Good bargain
OEM Ryobi Platen 039066005054 is an exact fit for my SKIL 7292 "Pressure Control" sander, sold at less than two thirds the price of SKIL branded repair part.
The Ryobi branded part appears to be of at least as good quality as the OEM SKIL part it repaces. So far it works flawlessly.

Cost Effective way to legal license
This product will install easily on most any older PC capable of running Windows 7 Pro 32 bit.
It will, reliably, activate. However, while one instance I purchased activated with Microsoft's easy online activation process, another required the more cumbersome telephone activation process. The vendor provides clear warning and instruction regarding this possibility.
Once activated, the upgrade to Windows 10 path is open, provided the hardware can support Windows 10.
The price of this product is a fraction of commercial market rate for most all Windows 7 Pro 32 bit installation software.
One caveat with Windows 7 service pack 1; for anyone intending to use Windows 7, a functional Windows Update agent is a must. Over the years, many megabytes of updates have accumulated. They are necessary for safety and stability. Since Windows 7 is being supported by Microsoft until at least 2020, there may be those who want to run Windows 7 as such on older machines that could not support Windows 10. However, in my experience, the Windows Update agent on the installation DVD is itself insufficiently updated to be functional. It grinds away and then produces an error message/number. Fortunately, an update for the Windows Update agent can be downloaded from Microsoft support, manually, and installed. (Just Google it, download it and install it.)
After that the Windows Update function works as it should.
Additionally, Microsoft support makes available a special purpose Windows Update diagnostic/repair tool for Windows 7. It's a good idea to download the tool just incase it is needed to clear away any digital debris.
All told, with this one "heads up", this is a completely effective useful product. And for anyone just using the Windows 7 installation/activation as a stepping stone to Windows 10, the updating of Windows 7 itself should not be an issue.

Extends the life of an older PC
An older Intel Desktop D865GBF board based machine could run Windows 7 well enough, but the onboard video support could not handle as much as a 3D text screen saver.
The inexpensive Inno3d nVidia GeForce 8400 based PCI-Express x 16 video graphics card and driver software combination remedied that deficiency and provided an HDMI output sufficient to drive a modern HD flat panel television monitor. Add a Blue Tooth remote keyboard/touch pad, plug the old computer into a home Ethernet network, and you have a serviceable home theater component for very little outlay - at least until Microsoft discontinues support for Windows 7 in 2020.
