A great book
Great course book, although primarily for military combat or hostile zones, much of this can be used in civilian life. Ideal for Advanced First Aiders, First Responders and EMT's. Highly recommend this no nonsense approach to treating severe trauma and catastrophic bleeding.

Lisa Parker Tarot Deck

Being Upright
One of those books you just cannot put down. The author is extremely engaging. Ideal for Zen novices who have just taken vows, but also thought provoking for more long time practitioners, and a way to refresh your whole Zen practice. I will certainly be seeking the other books out written by the author. If you are serious about your Zen Buddhist practice then you need this book.
