Seller doesn't respond until you put in a claim. Seller tells you you haven't paid for item even though ebay has removed funds from your account. I asked for a refund, due to the fact that the seller never delivered the item. Seller continues to beat around the bush about shipping the item. I still have no tracking number for the item, and I'm not getting a refund. $500 out of my pocket and into a scammers!!
