Disapointing but cheap
The lead to be attached to these plugs needs to have a solder blob to make it large enough for the screw to hold firmly. Large hole for lead with tiny screw - not the best combination!
Can be made to do the job but disappointing lack of consideration of use - Shame

Be aware of good value with one snag
Good value but one snag
Splined shaft 2 mm shorter than original Yamaha unit but this is not expected to be an issue - time will tell
