Shure M97XE Superb smooth-sounding phonograph cartridge, flat frequency MM Type

Great sound

I have a pioneer PL12D 1970s turntable, and sounds lovely clear good clarity and good level of bass too. David Bowie, Space oddity is a great song that brings out the clarity and left and right channel separation and warm sound not clinical. Just a shame as others have said that Shure ant making phono cartridges anymore so are going to get harder to find. All round a great cartridge for my pioneer, ok the price isn’t cheap but I think it’s worth the money.
