  In response to your ridiculous offer of 25.00 dollars and the comment about having the item one week I am part of a large company and had to get it to the plumbers and when they opened and found it damaged it took a week, I will take whatever steps necessary to get a full refund if your way of doing business is to send out junk and the offer no returns this needs to be stopped by E-Bay.
