It does inspire you to get out the Dutch oven or skillet and head to the kitchen!
Great addition to my cookbook library and to my meal planning! Some recipes I hadn't had or thought about in years -- others were an "ah ha" moment.
Will definitely be using this cookbook as fall/winter approach. Very happy I purchased this cookbook!

Wonderful addition for any cook's kitchen
I enjoy a cookbook with "story". Yes, it's nice to have explicit step by step instruction and maybe pictures along the way of ingredients and the process to completion, but the stories are compelling and for me, make the recipe even more special (and that' I'm able to create, or re-create it).
I really liked the cut-out front cover! Very nice.
I'm so glad that I decided to make this purchase and add it not only to my cookbook library, but... have selected three recipes to make next week :)
