New to flash photography but impressed!
I've always stuck with natural light and avoided flash photography. Not any more. I love this kit. It was easy for me to learn how to use it. And the results are fantastic. It works great for macro photography. I also tried it in the predawn light and with colored filters. All good results.

Older version but good book for beginner
This book uses an older version of python ( 2.3.5). It's much different than the newer version. It comes with a disk with python and some example programs included. It's easy for me to understand but I'm experienced at programming. It might be a little hard to understand for a beginner. I enjoyed playing around with it though. If you want to learn the new version don't buy this book.
