  Good communication and shipped fast and packed very well, BUT the SMELL of the helmet was HORRENDOUS. It is so BAD I cannot bring it into my home yet, its airing out outside, I have fabreezed the inner padding several times. It wreaks of smoke, and is very difficult to tolerate its BAD ODOR. While the item meets its description, it is very unfortunate that it smells this HORRIBLE! I am trying everything I can to get the SMELL to go away, but it has been 3 days and its not getting better.

  We have not heard of this being an issue prior to this. I would not use febreeze however, use a small drop of Dawn blue (original) and a lightly dampened cloth, wipe the padding with this. Again, while I am sorry you seem to find an odor, we stand behind every helmet we sell as described. We shine and clean each helmet, just prior to packaging - there was NO ODOR when we packed this beauty of a helmet.
