  The bear was a collectors item but was destroyed because no care was taken in the packaging as it was sent in an old padded envelope with 1 piece of bubble wrap around it. The seller did apologise and I got my money back very quickly but I will not buy any thing else from her as her idea of wrapping a sold item is pathetic. The description and pictures of the bear plus postage costs were fine and so was the dispatch time but care for sold items by the seller was not. So the bear got binned.

  Fantastic seller, they went above what I expected. I really wanted this bear for my birthday. The seller not only gave me a very fair price but also posted it to make sure it got to me by my birthday. Very thoughtful and kind. 100% would buy from them again as well as recommend :)
