  Jewelry box arrived broken despite $30 shipping. Likely due to USPS handling and insufficient packaging for a heavy item. I filed a claim and returned it, but the seller stopped responding and refused the package, which was then sent back to me—causing more hassle. I had to call both eBay and USPS to sort it out. To make things worse, the seller left a misleading “positive” review with false claims, saying that “my dog chewed it,” which is absurd—I don’t even own a dog. Frustrating experience.
