Does the job, was expecting MORE
6 von 6 finden das hilfreich This external USB 3 DVD player is supposed to be about the fastest you can buy as of 2015. It's supposed to be able to play Blue-ray movies. And maybe when it was first produced a few years ago that was accurate. Unfortunately there are a few realities. You must install software / codecs in order to play the Blu-ray and in the new world of Win10, the Cyberlink (sic) version 10 software provided doesn't work (for playing Blu-ray) and you have to pay almost $100 for the version that does. ALSO while I admit I am accustomed to the speed of built in optical devices, if this is the fastest external around then I'm very disappointed with the entire optical industry. There is a lot of latency installing anything from this drive and I'm a realist - if I return it for something else I do not expect to find a better product.

On time, as described
My son had gotten a pair at the Vans Outlet a few months ago, and they needed replacement. Of course, with tne new movie out, the outlet did not have them anymore.
These shoes were provided at a good price, are original VANS, therefore good quality.
Very satisfied with this purchase. They were a Xmas gift for my son and he loved getting them.

Worked one time on battery power
This could have been a great fan. I love its design: metal, light weight, nice size and great airflow. Unfortunately, it didn't work when I plugged it in. I pulled the battery door open and thought maybe the aluminum looking covers on one end of each battery was preventing the contacts from working, and sure enough the fan worked when I put the batteries back in ... but later the fan wasn't working again. As far as I can tell, the fan worked when the batteries had a charge but the fan itself was not getting power when plugged in. I removed the batteries, fan didn't work. I changed the USB cable, fan didn't work regardless of if the batteries were in or not. I read the short manual. It sounds like the fan will work via USB power when the USB cable is providing power, then switch to use the batteries when there is no USB power ... and there is supposed to be a red light which shows when the batteries are being charged and when the batteries are fully charged the light will turn blue. That light never turned on EVER...
