Star Wars' R2D2 Shaped Air Conditioner on the Job at a Good Value
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich This was a good value. I bought it to cool a very warm attic bedroom without using my home's central AC. It does the job a bit slower than I imagined or hoped but it's a large room with a loft ceiling and the sun beating down on the roof so maybe I had unfair expectations. It does the job. The window vent is a bit plastic and badly designed. You'll have to use your imagination, engineering degree, and creativity to get it to make a good seal and not look too horrible on your window. Mine are large double hung vinyl and it didn't really match up well. Certainly it beats a window unit hanging precariously over my deck. It's a very heavy unit so you may need help unloading it or placing it within your home. When it's on the motor is very noisy. Not sure I could sleep with it running -- even on low. I'm glad I got it and at such a good price. I'm now able to cool the room down after sunset and get it quite comfortable by bedtime. I then turn R2D2 off and sleep comfortably in a cool room without humidity. I think I will save money in the long run not cooling the whole house and turning the unit off over night. I'm not a big fan of air conditioning but this has been great on some of the very hot nights in Chicago.

Good Value for Basic Snorkel and Mask
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Good basic gear for your swimming or snorkeling. I didn't want to spend a lot and this came in at a good price for a good product. Does the job. You need to get it in place and it doesn't leak. Getting use to having your nose covered and breathing through a tube is a bit challenging. The suction against your eyes and nose can be a bit annoying but it makers a good seal. I've been using it for weeks now for my swimming laps and have been pleased with this purchase and its quick safe delivery.
