Potato peeler
It makes a good and fast job of peeling the potatoes ,the book says 2-3 cups of water I found that if I place 2 cups of water with 4 potatoes in a small amount of water stills comes out but it is better and faster than peeling by hand .

Good for the price
Good item but it will be better if thicker ,but not to thick or it will stop the steam from going on to the floor .
