I've purchased this item previously and ...

I've purchased this item previously and it was fine, however this time the item was damaged. The nailing strip was bent on the bottom, which wasn't a big deal I just bent it back. When I installed the window into my shed, the window wouldn't open. I noticed the trim pieces that hold the pane of glass in had been damaged. They were twisted and pieces had broken off. I was finally able to twist them back so the window will open but it's not sealed cause of the broken pieces. Will not buy again.
