Another Fractured fairy tale from Mercedes
I will start out by saying I really do enjoy Mercedes 500 Kingdom books so my opinion may be a bit skewed. I have the entire collection and will continue to purchase and keep M. Lackey books until I have to will them to my next of kin. The Sleeping Beauty is another fine addition to her series. If you have read any of her other books in the series, this one is in the same vein. Not too taxing on the brain, but a good read nonetheless and as all good fairy tales, a happy ending for the good with a just end for the not so good.

Another beauty!
Just as the first five in this Hallmark series, the 'Six Geese-a-Laying' ornament is well made, and beautifully crafted. The wings are made with a thin paperlike product which makes be believe they would be easy to crease so handle with care. But care is what this ornament, and all in the series deserves. I am proud to add this little beauty to my Hallmark collection.

Lightweight. Easy to use.
I usually use aluminum hooks but sometimes these plastics work better (or at least as good). They are light and easy to work with. Boye is my go to hook. With these larger hooks they can get heavy in the hand and these plastic ones take care of that issue. I don't have as much hand fatigue with them. They slide through the yarn easily and the rounded head makes them less likely to split your yarn. Good value. Great hooks.
