Well thought out with pressing type advantages.

Slower turning makes no heat or foam and is closest to pressed juices without prolonged prep and bag cleaning. Had no issues. Oil extractor accessory works good and is very solid. Could wish any nuts bigger than sunflower seeds don't need to be chopped before processing, but they will plug the shaft if you don't.

V-jaw best for round stock

Best to grip round objects. The smallest 61/2" version is small for a man's hand considering the jaw opening. It's a small 61/2" plier and the other two will be used the most. The edges are sharper above the grips than older versions, easily fixed.
