Beware of the fuel injectors.
So, I would recommend just going to the dealership for this, because that’s what I wish I had done. My main complaint is the fuel injectors. The fuel injectors ruined the plugs on my wire harness. So now if an injector fails I can’t just replace the bad injectors I have to cut and splice in new plugs for the injectors on the wire harness. If I try to unplug any of the injectors the bottom piece of the plug stays inside the injector terminal. Honestly I really should have know better, there’s no way those injectors are brand new they’re definitely remanufactured. As for the intake manifold it arrived well packaged and was clean. Again, I’m pretty sure these parts have all been remanufactured and it is labeled as brand new! So I’m my opinion, the intake and fuel rails are fine they were installed correctly and I did a smoke test to verify no vacuum leaks but I did toss out the gaskets that came with this. Plastic and rubber gaskets siting on top of your heads??! Poor design but that’s on gm. Go with the felpro metal and rubber gaskets. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND buying this, just by the intake manifold without the fuel rail and injectors from a dealer. It’ll probably run you around 250-300. However, I have bought other things of the seller J&J and probably will do so again but certain things you shouldn’t cheap out on and injectors is one of them. I would have given 4.5 stars if this was sold without the fuel rail and injectors, which it might be but I wasn’t able to find just the intake manifold.
