Practical Bakery textbook.
I have used this book for many years as a bakery practitioner.
My original copy was a bit worse for wear.
The book give a great insight into bakery processes, as well as the title suggests practical bakery recipes.
I thoroughly recommend purchase to any budding bakers as well as experienced ones.

Spey & Dee Salmon flies.
The book gives a realistic view of how Spey & Dee flies were constructed, the author is a great authority on this type of fly. Tying these types of fly is a pleasure.
I would recommend purchase to anyone who has an interest in salmon flies, especially some from the past, tied in the Spey and Dee traditions.

The product is ideal for any fly tying enthusiast, ideal quality, quantity, as you rarely use a large amount for any given fly pattern. Highly recommend. Great range of colours as well.
