Franklin KJB-640 Electronic Bible Review
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This KJB-640 has the basic features that one who is a student of the Bible would want - Scripture search/locator, Concordance, etc. We found that it was reasonably adept at locating a Scripture based on a search word or phrase but it could be stumped occasionally. This was slightly disappointing but not an issue which would warrant buying a higher end model. The unit is quite easy to learn to use (once one downloads the manual from the internet). The 640 does have expandability via a cartridge. However, this unit did not come with any Bookman cartridges so we cannot address that option. The lettering on the keypad is marginal to begin with so if one uses the keys much expect the lettering to disappear in accordance with the amount of use.
We liked the portability of the unit. It will fit in a large pocket or Bible case with ease. While the case/cover that came with the device is low quality in terms of durability, we can use a small pouch which is a must if it is transported around much.
