Historic with Christian teaching.
this book is written by a Christian and the content has Christian life teaching subjects; of which I found helpful. I found it great historically, first published in 1852, telling the lifestyle of that era.

The book explains in easy to understand language why simple, plain, water is essential for our body, for well being. every home should have a copy
Having bought this book many years ago, when I know someone would really benefit from it, (everyone would benefit! ) I always recommend this book or buy a copy for them. .
