  Papa’s RocknRoll Parlor is a great seller! Quickly notified me that one of the albums I ordered was not available but offered to go the extra mile to find an alternative. Much appreciated! When the order arrived it was well packaged and included some personalized trading cards of Metal Musicians. A nice touch. I image if there is a brick and border place for the parlor, it would be a great place to visit. Excellent seller, friendly, highly recommend.

  Ordered 2 different pops, a week later this one still showed it only had a shipping lable created. Got yelled at about not reading an email for this item "to have patience". I explained that and the reply was "can not refund due to case being opened". ?! Then was refunded when it was realized that we were in correspondence. An apology was offered and with a possibility of restock as the excuse was "inventory" was off and "these things happen". A coupon was offered that has yet to arrive....

  The unit was as described. The sellers location was a short driving distance from my location Shipping was not necessary. I was able to pick the item up. The seller graciously refunded the shipping charge.
