The bamboo look is fantastic ! The appearance is awesome BUT bought 4 and not one them did the laptop/tablet rest bar line up correctly. From 1/8th inch to 3/8th pitching downwards from right to left. This left the Tablet / laptop in an awkward manner usable but the lack of QC is obvious. Drilled out the placement slots to obtain uniformity. Then used wood filler sand paper and varnish to try to get it to match.
Took up more time than it was worth to get it to function as per design.
The hinges are very cheap causing the top surface to not lay perfectly smooth.
The lack of Quality Control is blatantly obvious !
WILL NOT BE PURCHASING THIS ITEM AGAIN !
Do not recommend this item unless you like to rework a product to make it functional.

George Lucas or who ever over sees his LucasArts Divisions game development needs to put together a program designed by Pandemic utilizing the Galactic feel of Petroglyph. BATTLEZONE II BY PANDEMIC SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE GUIDING LIGHT FOR BOTH STRATEGY AND 1ST PERSON ROLE PLAY FOR LUCASARTS!!! Being an owner of almost all Lucasarts Game they keep disappointing me always close but never on the MARK! Maybe someday the game designers will be allowed to create a truly total gaming experience.
