  Ordered June 7th, seller delayed 8 DAYS, didn't ship until June 15th! NOT HAPPY about this! Seller didn't even bother to offer expedited shipping or provide partial refund! Won't receive until 18th! THAT'S 11 DAYS!!! Extremely poor and substandard service! Do NOT recommend!

  This feedback posted BEFORE item was received. I mentioned to buyer that I was on vacation. Once I returned I sent out item on Saturday 14th , it arrived on Monday 16th, so no expedited shipping was necessary. Total 9 days from order to arrival at destination (including handling days). As for "partial refund" - can be afforded by big online stores/sellers, not small sellers/individuals. I did offer apologies and handled issue quickly. This negative feedback is unfair.

  Item came damaged, I can fix it and still use it but not the point. Item description and photos do not state or show damage so it should have arrived in said condition with no damage. Damage resulted from poor packaging.
