Mixer tap.
This is not an expensive tap however it is sturdy and the finish is is good. The flow can be controlled accurately and the water outlet has a aerator nozzle fitted. Fitting to sink is easy and water connections are flexible pipes so no problems with alignment of pipes. The gooseneck is a bit wobbly but does not leak at the base.

Steps up to the plate.
Purchased this half step stool for an elderly person to get in a car. The height was just right for this purpose. It was said to be stable and gave confidence to the person using it. It is soundly constructed however this did not make it cumbersome so sticking it in the boot afterwards was a breeze. Waterproof as well and could be washed off if needed.
