  Buyer had a shipping price posted as $21.90 and when I purchased the item the seller tells me that he can’t mail the item because it’s to big for the shipping company and wanted me to pay extra for shipping on top of 21.90. Why he chooses the shipping company that can’t ship the product he sells I don’t get that.
