Great communication throughout the process, the phone was well packaged, the condition of the phone was accurately communicated, it arrived quickly, and I didn't have any cause for concern when purchasing.   5 star for the service but 1 star for the courier. TV did come smashed to pieces but the seller was extremely polite and attentive. Refund came swift and communication was the best I've had on the app. 100% would recommend this seller just a shame about the delivery! I would also say the packaging was first class, if it wasn't for the old box I would have assumed it was a brand new TV by the way it arrived.

  Had some great conversations with this seller, real nice guy! Item arrived in good order exactly as described. The Laser was clearly struggling to focus out of the box (as described). A quick wipe and she's perfect again. Wish they were all like this :-)
