Is string and sturdy. Good quality. Does fit the normal size staplers.

My son is still reading the book and is half way through. He said its really good. I also read so many other reviews on social media and every child loved this book. So definitely recommended.

Looks nice, But cereal gets stuck in rotator
Looks really nice in my kitchen. They have spare knob as well. But 1 of the jar rotator keeps getting stuck. So hassle of taking cereal out and fixing it.
