Not as good as I expected

Diameter said 3/4", is closer to 1/2", not as good as similar products I found in the local hardware store.

8600 Print Head

Print head came in with ink residue and only a piece of scotch tape covering the print head. I needed it badly, so I ran the cleaning through the sequence that ran 3 times, Have run this at least 4 times, got it to where at least the black is printing well, but color is of poor quality. Not a quality product.
