What I was looking for; very useable
It was shipped from Alaska but was made in China. But is what I was looking for. Very handy1

Blue Ribbon?
The product works well enough but not ahead of other less expensive. I would rate it a Red Ribbon. Hoover is a big name that spells quality and I would think that they could upgrade the container that would make it less messy. A plastic bottle is cheap and I am sure they could find one that would make it easier to measure the correct amount.
All in all, I would rate it OK, not a miracle product but does the job.

Memories
Well I really wanted a JD 435 tractor that we had on the farm for light duty work but I could not find one, The neighbor had the 430 crawled and it had the same GM diesel engine.
