Beautifully made and great value for money
When you go to a garden centre for some fence post caps, they’re pretty poorly finished and made of crummy fast grown and unseasoned timber. Also they tend to cost about three quid a pop. I was so impressed by the quality of the wood that these are made from and the finish and accuracy of the work is tremendous. Obviously made by someone who loves what they do. They don’t do it for the money, at £8 for six it’s just a labour of love.

Batteries Great, charger works but not ideal.
OK, the batteries are good, hold their charge and give stable voltage until virtually discharged. The charger is meant for several different types of rechrgeables not just the 18650s and because of that it makes charging those particular cells rather hit and miss. The spring tension on the side terminals which are designed for charging something half the size are such that they push the long batteries sideways and break the connection. I've snapped off those side contacts and that's helped. If buying another charger I'd certainly look for something designed just for the 18650s,
Can't really complain tho, as the batteries alone are worth the money.

Great quality merchandise, very helpful and easy to deal with.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The kiln dried oak skirting I purchased here was of fine quality. Perfect for the use intended and at under a tenner a metre, great value for hardwood. I only needed a couple of metres for a project and the folks at ‘Father-of-Toby’ were still able to supply by accepting added delivery costs. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again, very accommodating.
