  I didn’t have time to fully inspect this item right away. When I did I noticed the seller only included five out of the six outfits she stated would be included with the sale. Also one packaged outfit was open, even though listing stated they were all unopened. I contacted the seller twice to please have a look around to see if it was an oversight and if she could check around for the missing outfit. I got absolutely no response. Negative experience because of this.

  I contacted the buyer and told her I had been sick and asked for a few days to check. It took more then that as I had a reaction to IV antibiotics. I was incapable of getting out of bed for a few days. I 've looked over the room, there are no outfits in their storage box and I cannot find the missing outfit. I was sure I mailed everything as I double checked before wrapping. As for the thin packages, they were not opened but the adhesive has probably given out about over 5 years of storage

  Doll arrived with broken neck (neck peg). No mention was made in the description of the product that the doll is damaged. The experience in receiving this which would other wise have been great is completely ruined The seller was contacted and a message was left and I waited for a response before providing this feedback. However no response was received from leaving the message till adding this feedback.

  I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, I didn't see yesterday's message until this morning.. When I placed her in the box for shipping, she was in perfect condition. I always double check the joints to make sure they are in good shape. Annora was double boxed, was the box damaged in any way?I always purchase shipping insurance at my expense just in case something gets damaged in the mail. In several years of selling this is my first damaged doll.
