  After this person won the auction then then proceeded to ask me if they have to pay the taxes. Then in the next email asked if I can ship the item overseas to an address that is not associated with their account. I then cancelled their order as I will not deal with anyone that tries and goes against ebay's policies. I would be very careful dealing with this person. I have been with ebay over 20 years and I know red flags. This person is nothing but a red flag.
