Lookin to do Sport massage, this is one of the only books you will need.

This book is great for those wanting to gain experience in Sport massage, diagrams are easy to follow with all theory covered, trigger points, origin & insertion of muscles are grouped together for easy remembering, is aiding myself with Level 4, today most colleges do not provide manuals for your training, this book will be all you need to provide the knowledge covered within the course.

The drift ghost or not to ghost.

Camera is of good quality finish small enough unit to fit any were,picture quality is as expects from 1080HD, colors/brightness are true, the fish lens gives the warp around effect bringing more picture into view without looking distant or of bad image size for recognizing what's on screen, could do with more bits in the box, no plug for wall connection which means one must be purchased or you will be constantly looking for a PC to charge the unit, extra battery(ies) is needed if you want constant usage otherwise it may turn into the gadget the lies in the cupboard more than what you bought it for, mine is for catching those terrible drivers who feel their above the law or that no one sees there errors(which just means the cost of the unit will more than likely be paid from those terrible driver's insurance?), with that said I feel that's all I can add to help you choose or with enquirers looking to buy, Pana-cea.

If your going to buy a book on strength training make it Frederic Delavier.

This book was in perfect condition, this will be a refernce book which will be used on a daily/ weekly basis,
