The intricacies of dogs, their training and relationship with humans
The Story of Edgar Sawtelle is a wonderfully written story with beautifully detailed descriptions of everything. I have never owned a dog and have little understanding of dog nature. This story explains the intricacies of training dogs. How they interpret and respond to commands. I wanted to rent the audio copy from the library and there were 27 people ahead of me waiting to borrow it. That’s how good the book is! I am so happy I found a copy still in the original shrink wrap.
